   Hello, I'm looking for a permissions-based abilities plugin. My server has 4 main nations (earth, water, fire, air), and I'd like to give each nation an ability. For example, water would be able to breathe underwater and fire would have lava/fire resistance.
   
   It doesn't have to be these exactly, but just something to further distinguish each nation and give the server a more roleplay-ish feel. Thanks in advance for any feedback!
