I know about 15 plugins that let you teleport to someone or somewhere, which of course is fun and all that, but unfortunately that's the only thing it does (not quite RPG-ish). I had this idea where a smoke cloud gets created (http://forums.bukkit.org/threads/26276/, smoke arrow) upon teleporting to someone or somewhere.
