Make a plugin lik this please

Suggested name: Lostships​

​

What I want: Basically the plugin will be like movecraft. You'll be able yo make a boat out of any materials that is in the config. And people who can edit the config can make different type of boats with the max block size. And there should be cannons that you can make from items defined in the config. Also there should be a height limit on how up the boat may go.​

Ideas for commands: /lostships, /lostships types, /lostships list, Then they would have a different command for each boat that you put in a folder like /boat pilot.​

Ideas for permissions: Airship.*, Airship.help, Airship.boatlist,airship.size, {Boatname}. fly, {Boatname}.size., {boatname} release, {Boatname} remote, {Boat name}.info​

When I'd like it by: Any time before new years would be nice.​

Please do not say just use movecraft because movecraft is outdated and it throws alot of errors at our server.​

Autocraft has a glitch in it that let's anyone destroy any kind og block and basically noclip through things so I don't use it. So I really need a custom one.
