What you need my good sir is more experience. There are so many prefix plugins out there...you can even use essentials. It has an option in config to have a prefix/suffix and even colored messages per group! Try this. Also I did group manager for a while, it was ok and god the job done. Then, I discovered PermissionsEx...all this time I was playing with the "little kids" plugin of group manager. PermissionsEx OMFG you can do so many things it is not even funny.
