OverPowered PvP Protect - Disable fly and god in combat!

Suggested name: OverPowered PvP Protect

What I want: Basicly i really need a plugin where if you have fly or god on and someone hits you or you hit someone it will tag them in combat and it will disable fly or god what ever one they are in. And they are not able to use /fly or /god untill they are out of combat for 30 seconds.

How do i make it on the CombatLog Config, when they get hit it disables it?

Dont use that plugin bro. it make lag when players relog or login. Its buggy
