   No, that's not what I mean.
   I mean in my programmed plugin I have an offline player send a message that he sees when he joint.

   Have it check if the player is offline or online, if online send it right away.
   If offline store the message wherever.
   When he logs in have it check to see if he has any stored messages then send it.
