PermissionsEX and Essentials problem (help me D:)

Hello!
I've ran a server for a long time, but suddenly i got errors in the server startup and essentials and permissionsEX doesnt work, and i have tried to solve it with no success.

Try swapping your existing permissions.yml with this one.

I ran the permissions on my PC and located some errors which I fixed. It now runs just fine on my PC, so I hope it runs fine on your server as well.
