Factions/Dynmap/Censorit/console chat issue

For some reason I the only types of chat I can see in my game console is Faction and Alliance chats.
The Public chat does not show up.
I've looked through the config file for Factions and I can't seem to locate anything that would cause it.
I am also running Essentials, GroupManager, WorldGuard, and WorldEdit, but I can't see any issue with those files either.
I was running Dynmap for a while, but I've removed it now.
When it was installed though, no chat balloons would show up at all, so I thought the problems may be related.
Is there something obvious that I am missing?

 

Since I have first posted this thread, I'm finding that my issue is more widespread than I first thought.
I have several chat problems and I assume that they are all related, but I cannot figure out what it is.

First of all, when I am looking at the server through the game console, none of the public chat shows up at all. Faction and Alliance chat work fine, but the Public chat will not show up.
The chat balloons in Dynmap will not show up at all.
I have also recently added the Censorit plugin and it simply will not work. I add my word list and restart, but the plugin does nothing at all. Nothing gets censored.

I have tried removing everything except Factions and Dynmap, but the same problems existed even without every other plugin.
Does anybody see something I am missing?

Are you using normal console or McMyAdmin? or?

 

I'm using the game console that is included with my BeastNode host account. It's not McMyAdmin.

 

Any thoughts?
