Failed to bind to port! - Server Problem

Hi all!

I have a Bukkit server on my laptop. I use a Hamachi. I play with my 2 friends.

Computer system: Windows 7, x32

Today when I played on my Bukkit server, I haved an accident. I played on laptop and I switched WiFi switch. Next, i turned it on, but for a 30 seconds my computer was without internet. I closed game and stopped server. Then I restarted server. I saw this:

I downloaded newest version of craftbukkit.jar, and swapped the files.

The same. I downloaded the new server, and puted there map from old serwer. Nothing happened.

I killed all java (etc.) processes in task manager.

When i delete in server.properties ip and port, server turn on normally.

What was wrong?

Leave the ip part of the properties file blank.

 

I had same problem so, this is what you need to do
1st. Go to Start Menu
2nd. Type Cmd then ENTER
3rd. type " ipconfig "
Then find IPv4 Address at right side there is ip you need to type in server.properties

I tried the same thing, but it only allows me to join. No one else.
