Ownerless Factions

Is there any way to make factions without owners, that dont selfdisband when they are out of members?

 

Set a faction to permanent status, they'll never get disbanded, even if there's no members.

"/f permanent <faction name>"

 

that is for disbands but if i want ownerless factions?

 

Yes, just make a faction, set it as permanent, then leave. As I say it will remain with even with no members

 

and also how to make so when user wants to join the faction he doesnt need the invitation from the owner of the faction?

 

Set the faction so no invite is needed. I forgot the command, so you have to look for the command
