  1. Hey guys, so I've always wanted to host my server, and I'm always looking for good sites to host it at, I look at all the different hosting sites at this website: Best Minecraft Hosts . But I can't find a host that has good recommendations, like the recommended slots in one plan from a host is too pricy, or they don't have good business (due to prices, which I can't afford :/). Could someone recommend one?

You just have to find the best one for you. There are loads of different good ones for different prices, and it depends on what you want your server to be like.
If you are going to go for a server where you want to install loads of plugins and a lot of player slots, then you want to get a server with a lot of memory, these servers can be cheap but of course cost more than a server that has a small amount of RAM.
Some servers will have a good amount of RAM... but will have poor customer support. It's usually good to find a server host that has good customer support. So if something bad goes wrong there is usually someone there to help.
I personally use www.beastnode.com They are quite cheap, and have ok/good customer support.
They are not the best so there would be others that you should probably go for, Although I have been with beastnode since i got my first server and I haven't have many problems so I have stayed with them.

Just look for cheap prices, good amount of RAM, decent amount of player slots, decent disk space, good customer support, and good recommendations could help.

But remember. It's not just the server host that makes a good server, it's you and how much work you are willing to put into it.

    Good luck!

    Trust me.
"For over 14 years, ServerPoint has served tens of thousands of customers from around the world."

There support is 24/7, and performance is amazing...its expensive, but its seriously the best host you can find on the market

    I am obviously bit biased.
But i don't think you will find an established comapanny with the same level of support for the price.
Nor will you find one that runs there own network or build there own hardware for that matter.

Also just a fyi we have been waiting a good year or so for bestminecrafthosts to list us... i think there kinda defunct at this point. OR badly managed, they also have a bunch of fake reviews, so take anything you read with a grain of salt.

    Mr. Minecraft

Beastnode is what I use and they are amazing! Fast speeds, great FTP speeds, and best of all they have great tech support. Yesterday my FTP slowed down and i submitted a ticket. 20 minutes later they told me they fixed it and sure enough it was back up to full speed.

    SUMMARY: GO WITH BEASTNODE!

Picked up mine from VudooHosting.com last week. I believe there promo is still running.
I used their promo code: minecraftforums , and am paying 7.95/m for a 1g ram server. Runs great so I like it so far.
