Searching for "who is the owner of block" plugin

I am searching for some plugin, where if i click on some block, i will see, who is his owner (builder) (who "placed" it here). Thanks a lot

Thank you very much ) I have one more question: I don't know, if it isn't some bukkit bug, but i have on my server in server.properties: pvp=false.. but on server player are killing normaly.. have a idea, how to stop it? Best variant is some plugin, which denied pvp on all map, but only on some place, which i choose, will be pvp allowed.. do you know some?

 

Yes, plugins can override those settings. For example, MultiVerse can do that. You didn't say which plugins you use, I'm sure others can override that setting as well.

 

Oh, MultiVerse I am using.. It will be that. Is somewhere a tutorial, how to set the PVP areas? Thx a lot

 

Multiverse isn't about areas, it's about worlds, entire maps.
Go to the world you want to change PvP and type either
/mvm set pvp false
/mvm set pvp true
