Crashed - Read Time Out

Hello, my server crashes every 30 minutes!
I searched the internet .. I found nothing

WordBorder, HideStream, NCP, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Vault, PEX, AntiRelog, MV core, Mv Inventories, LWC, MyHelpPages, AutoMessage, HTTPConsole, MultiCommand, ClearLag, iChat, Essentails, Ports, Factions, EssentialsSpawn, AzRank, OtherDrops

 

How about server.properties?

 

And a full server.log.

 

Maybe even the start-up script.

 

Perhaps even more information.

 

Mine has been doing the same thing since 1.4.1. I've disabled all plugins (besides worldguard worldedit, herochat, and preciousstones; all very well made plugins)As they are required to run a multiplayer server.

I have tried all the Beta builds, and even the most recenty dev builds.
I use McMyAdmin to launch minecraft with no arguements.
Server has 12gb ram dedicated to minecraft
Server has a total of 24 gb ram
Directly before the crash ram usage spikes and fills up any ram i have, CPU usage does bursts of usage. After the crash CPU usage drops to 0%

I am having the same issues and have since 1.4 came out.

 

What plugins are you using?

No one else is having this issue? What plugins are working?
