Group Manager Permission Help!

Hiya, I Will be needing some help.
Basicly im getting a server up soon (www.britishmc.tk) and i was wanting to know if i have done the permission on the group manager right!

What i am basicly doing is trying to set it so only the group VIP can use /warp vip

It Dosent Seem To Be Working Tho.. Only OPS can warp there not the VIP Group.

do u have Essentials? you can use permission essentials.warps.[warpname]
but then you must set in essentials/config.yml permission per-warp.. (so ppl will not be allowed to use all warp automaticaly)
