Wither Skeleton - Skull Drop ?

    Hello.
    I killed over 20 Wither Skeletons but they won't drop Wither Skulls.
    What I am doing wrong ?

    Wither Skulls are dropped really rarely, I had a Diamond Sword with a enchantment 'Looting II' on it and also killed about 20/25 Wither Skeletons. And I still don't have one. Enchantments don't make it less rarely tough.

    ok, nice to know that i'm not alone.
    finaly got 1 skull after killing 20 more of them.

    it's very hard to find wither skeletons for me.
    you got any help to find them faster/easy ?
