[GEN/SEC/ECON/TP/ADMN] Essentials - A collection of useful commands

Is it possible to take out a specific amount of an item that was put into a buy/sell/trade sign? It's a pain having to break and redo the sign just to take one item out.

Hello, so when I get someone to join my server.
The welcome message shows, but the MOTD does not.
I have added the node for it, can anybody help me?
for some reaosn with Pex you must read the MOTD otherwise you don't get you're rank and permissions.

 

is essentials and bukkit version latest? if yes, paste console when a muted trys to talk.

 

when i install the newest essentialschat it adds weird things to peoples ranks and names.

did you actually set something in the format of herochat? anyway, you shouldnt use 2 chat plugins at the same time. it basically looks like you didnt set up a channel so theres nothing for herochat to format on. disable essentialschat.jar if you think its that.

 

the default herochat is [g] and how would i add [Owner] then?

 

herochat does its own chat formatting channels, which essentialschat cannot change. just set a group prefix in herochat.

 

i removed essentials chat it still happens [test][chopstick121]

why does when i spawn mooshoom the server glitch so much?

then the problem is not essentials. you have another chat plugin which overrides herochat.

i never had that.

 

Players in God Mode still can attack other player using bow and arrow. Please fix it

 

the newest version messed up with faction tags on the chat
no colors apeared on faction tags and it looked pretty bad
i had to rollback fastly because of members complain but i can take a printscreen if needed
the plugins i have that affect chat are factions, essentials, groupmanager and nocheatplus

 

put [FACTION] in the essentialschat format.

For my VIP players I defined kits in the essentials config called like "vip"
when in groupmanager I have given them access to like essentials.kit.vip it doesn't allow them to use it?
Even though OP players can use that command /kit vip
I'm not sure what I've done wrong? It always used to work until updating recently. Help would be appreciated

Hi there, Relly thank you for best and basic bukkit plguin bu i have a question.
I set telpeort delay in config but when i /tphere or /warp <sth> <randomplayera> he have to wait the delay too.
How can i change that if players issue a command they have to wait and if i tp them somewhere it is bypassed?

when i make a faction my server doesnt show the group and it adds a "a" to the front of the faction.

 

Fszeker /tpohere the player instead of /tphere

I posted my problem at page 173, a while ago:

I deleted all my plugins except for YAPP, Essentials and EssentialsSpawn.
But the problem is still there :/
What do I have to do?

 

i cant replicate your problem, sorry.
just make sure use-bukkit-permissions: is true in essentials config.yml

 

when i do /nick it dont change my name but only show in when someone doing /m

 

issues with /kit i modified group manager to /kit (kitname) using essentials.kits. and nothing works, just curious about that

cool430 essentials works fine, if you have xauth, authme, or diguisecraft, disable and retest.
