PermissionsEx Unable to chat

This is the weirdest thing ever... Non-ops can't chat! I don't have modify world or anything like that, and the message appears in the console. 1 second it was working, suddenly it's broken!

Edit: the chat works for everyone but me!

 

We'd need your server.log on startup and your plugins to help you out there.

 

Are you using the modifyworld plugin with PEX?

 

Hey. I had the exact same issue. It is from the modifyworld plugin from PEX. You need to either give everyone who has permission to chat this permission node

Personally, I suggest you remove the entire plugin, that's what I did. Because it requires each group to have a separate permission node for everything! Private messages, destroying certain blocks, etc. I think it's a real hassle, so I suggest removing it entirely.
