This week, my Dad has let me use one of his servers located at his home (yes we live in different households). The server is using Windows Server 2003 (x64 architecture I think) and I access it remotely via TightVNC. When I first tried to run a bukkit server, using craftbukkit build 1.3.2-R1.0.jar, the console came up saying that it could not find java. With that, I went to the java download and got java and the version is 1.7.0_09. I ran the server and it came up with different messages.
here is what the console looked like after I installed Java and ran it again:

I have also tried just running a normal vanilla minecraft server on the server and it worked just fine and was fully playable. Not only that, but I removed all plugins and still received the same
    messages.
If anyone can diagnose and possibly give me a solution to the problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone needs any extra information, just please ask me.

Still awaiting a good solution to my problem. Please help, anyone, I am anxious to start up this server.

Is this a new unknown problem?

Can you post your run.bat? What version of bukkit are you using?
