Flint and steel not working?

Flint and steel isn't working and I'm not sure why?

Not pressing thoes, just post the list here, no pictures.

 

How would I post the list without typing them out myself?

 

Go to your permissions file and change the fire to 'true'

 

My permissions file... Please be more informative.

 

The Permissions plugin and go to the config.yml use notepad I recommend using notepad++. If the fire is false change it to true. If you have World Guard or another permissions plugin delete one of them and make sure they are up to date.

   This is from the world guard config

 

exemptplacement is for placement permissions. you prevented the USAGE of flint and steel, which needs exemptusage.
