What I want: I'd like to have a prefix and suffix plugin like in the craftedmovie server that is compatible with mchat with color codes but without the [], {} and ()

Ideas for commands: /prefix [Prefix of yourself] /prefix user [username]

Ideas for permissions: donator.prefixself donator.prefixuser donator.suffixself donator.suffixuser

When I'd like it by: Anytime. I also want this plugin just private for me.

I'm sure there are other prefixes/suffixes plugins.
If not use a permissions system that used them such as PermissionsEx
