Survival "moved too quickly" Error

CraftBukkit Version: 1.3.2-R2.0

Plugins: GroupManager, NoCheatPlus, Inquisitor, Spout, mcore4, Vault, JSONAPI, Multi-Verse Core, CityGates, automessage, ChatReplace, DisguiseCraft, AntiAd, NoSpawnEggs, Vampire, Votifier, Essentials, ShowCaseStandalone, Orebfusacator, WorldEdit, CreativeGates, AntiShare, VanishNoPacket, ActivityPromotion, Enjin Minecraft Plugin, LWC, WorldGuard, ChetShop, Factions

Error: When I'm in survival mode and I start walking, it reverses where I went and sends me right back where I was. In the console it said, "wowlover687 moved wrongly!", "wowlover687 moved too quickly"
I do not have any flying mods/hacks on. This started when I got the Vampire plugin. when I'm in Creative mode the error does not happen.

 

Try deleting the Vampire plugin or check out the bug related things at the post
