"You don't have permission for That" when placing signs!

FIXED! - close please

When I place a sign with nothing on it i get "You don't have permission for That" any ideas?

i can't tell you exactly from where the problem comes but i know that its a problem from nocheat

 

I removed nocheat and restarted and I'm still getting that problem.

 

Any one have any ideas?

 

It may have something to do with essentials, i highly doubt it though. Please give a better list of plugins, i can barley read the one you provided.

 

It still lets me place the sign but it just annoys my players.

Still not working I've tried everything!

Removed every plugin and added them in 1 by one testing the sign, found it was Vault Slots...

didn't have the -

Did you end up removing VaultSlots?
