okay I'm a total n00b with bukkit though have been using minecraft servers forever my problem is with plugin permissions. almost all plugins have in their permissions section is what each one does but this leaves me questioning: - where do they go? - how do I implement them? I have searched high and low for an answer and have watched hours of video read through a tonne of forum posts and even the wiki and nothing works and have no success in getting permissions to work. I'm no programmer so can somebody please explain to me how to set up permissions -thanks guys-

Use groupmanager, here is a link to understand how it works In my opinion, I prefer using groupmanager because it is fairly easy to understand how to use it as your permissions plugin. Just take your 10 minutes to watch the video to understand it.
