An idea I had recently, that received a lot of support on my server, was the implementation of a simple way to greentext, which comes from any Chan or Kusaba Imageboard website. The plugin would be relatively simple to make, but then again im not much of a coder so i do not know how difficult an onChat with checker for symbol ' > ' would be to make.
    So to sum things up:

Using ' > ' at the start of a chat will color the whole text Dark or Light Green, provided by:

    §2 For dark green
    §a For light green
    or
    &2 Dark Green
    &a Light Green

This would just add the coloring on detection of the chat message containing > at the start of the message. Not entirely sure if this is possible. Minimal config with ability to define the color used would be an awesome edition if any coder who likes this idea has the time or ability to do it.

Thanks for reading, I hope someone takes a little bit of time to contriboot. :)

Moonridden If you don't end up with a custom plugin there's also this plugin that adds greentexting and a few other imageboard-style chat options.

For clarification, '>' would make the text light or dark green? It is basically another way of &3/&a?

Either or, as i made this idea on the base of other servers then mine. I use the lightgreen coloring for my basic chat color, because white is eyebleedy.

"Minimal config with ability to define the color used would be an awesome edition if any coder who likes this idea has the time or ability to do it." <-- If they wanted to specify otherwise. So this would turn it into a chat filter that checks for >, and colors the words after it by the config specified color. Wasnt expecting responses here.
