how do i make a plugin?

i am new to bukkit and am quite interested in making my own plugins... however i have been watching a youtube video on the subject and it told me to go to ci.bukkit.org but it keeps asking me to log in! i can find no way's around going to this site and i am wondering: how do you make a plugin if you cant register to get on the site? so does anyone know either a different way of making a plugin/accessing the contents of that site or a way of making an account on this website? please help! thanks in advance!

 

You don't need that - watch an other video. Generally - learn Java and craftbukkit's API
