Chunk Error?

Hi, today I started to build my RPG Server (on my PC), I have many Plugins and a Problem. First, In the Console is no Error . So, the problem is, everytime I log into the sever (localhost) The Chunk were I stand doesn't exist. Everytime! I made a Video about this... the plugin list is under the Vid.

get rid on NoLagg. most no lag plugins haven't worked properly since the 1.3 update

 

That is incorrect... I run NoLag just fine... Has the server been restarted since the error? You also have a ton of plugins.

 

Turn NoLagg chunks off. it helped me.

 

I have this one area that has major lag and i causes the screen to freeze and in the console it says endofstream, but i have to end task to get out and so do my players, when i investigated this i saw some chests that just stood stacked on top of each other that only had one side of the the right of my screen, what is this?
