My chat is messed up

Whenever i try to chat it looks like this: [17]CrazedLobster: hello. Only one person can haer me the rest cannot. How do i fix this.

I am on windows 7 and im running 64bit, i have the latest bukkit build. I have re installed the plugin that i thought was causing the problem and it still has the green text

 

What's your chat setting on? Because if it is set to commands only or something like that you might not be able to chat.

 

Well what's the plugin called XD

 

How do i change it from commands only? I think it was simpleclans

I dont think it is commands only because 2 people out of the 10 can see my text
