Is there a plugin that protects people from spawn killing you?

I'm tired of someone killing this one player over and over. Is there a plugin I can use to prevent spawn killing. Like a cool down on killing that person this many times in a row or maybe invincibility to that certain player that was killed for a minute.

Thank you this is a great plugin but I'm looking for more of the spawn killing prevention of those who've already played the game long enough, not really the 'spawn' prevention limit for new players. I think were thinking of different 'spawn' terms xD. I need something to protect people from getting killed over and over, not just past the 'spawn' point but for example: Johnny has played on my server for 15 months. Johnny has a faction. Candy is Johnny's enemy. Candy goes to Johnny's faction and kills him over and over again. Johnny can't do anything but keep dying or log out and wait out Candy. Candy continues to keep killing him over and over again. The End. xDD

EDIT: Just to clarify, do you want a way to stop players camping by someones spawn point (like by their bed or something) and killing them over and over?

Heard of factions config? Just disable spawning at /f home's on death.

What if he wants people to spawn in the faction?

 

make a region with world-guard and disable pvp in it ?
