   Okay, so i just installed the CFBanner. jar. i reloaded the server. i even stopped the server and started it again. i uninstalled no cheat. i still have no CFBanner folder. is there anyway i can fix it, or should i try a diferent plugin to ban mods

   Unninstall CFBanner and NoCheatPlus. And install AntiCheat
