One of my staff had an idea: gladiators. Except the gladiators would be the players, and the horses would be pigs. The main focus would be to: 1) Control the pig. 2) Maybe add a 'charge' to boost the pig up for a short period of time (for all pigs). 3) Make it so you can't kill your own pig, but if you aim for the enemy pig, it would eventually die (take a bunch of hits). 4) Special items you can use on your pig for a bonus. (Find the items, or buy from the the plugin shop). 5) Upgrades of pigs, ex) faster charge, faster recharge, more mobile, more stronger, etc. (plugin shop) 6) Tournament style if 10 or more ppl? 7) A shop for upgrading. 8) See the enemy and his/her pig's health. I would like a plugin like this, and if made, sent through PM.
Two things. 1. You want someone to spend all this time working on a plugin, and PM'ed to you instead of posted to BukkitDev? 2. Not really possible to control a pig without using something like Spout -- The server can't track keyboard input.
Maybe it is possible by tracking player movement and spawning a pig under player (saddled pig), then moving the pig along player
That would be pretty glitchy... As well as the player would still look like their walking. And the pig wouldn't face the correct direction; it would just randomly be dragged along... This has been requested before. It's extremely difficult, if not impossible..
And if the pig looks to the same side as player ? And what if other players are sent player on a pig packets ?
Give this time, I'll look into to see if it is even possible. Edit: Not looking into it anymore, I may or may not have the answer, but not for people who can't read QQ (Sorry I'm harsh but come on now)
Oh yea, nvm I won't work on this plugin. I don't make plugins for people who can't read strict policy of mine, sorry!
