   Hi, ok so, what i need help with is, how would you make it so, at spawn, no damage can be taken, and no hunger can be lost. or just no damage. is it a plugin, or do you just have to chaneg something, please help, and thankyou

   I think you can flag that using world guard, but I am not completely sure.
