Glitchy Player Movement, yet no lag? help!

I have this strange issue and I was curious if anyone else was having this issue. My server Ticks at 20 / 20 just fine, no chunk lag, the stars move smoothly at night, no block lag at all...Yet, the player movement / NPC movement is Choppy and not smooth, it's really strange. I am using the latest Bukkit Dev Build. I tried the latest Rec. Version as well and the same thing happens.

Been having this issue as well...Have no idea what is causing it.

 

Poop - what plugins do you run? can you list them so we can compare? perhaps there is a common plugin causing this?

NoCheatPlus would be the only thing that could affect both player and npc movement. try resetting it?

You don't have to respond to him in such a vile manner. He obviously misunderstood and didn't know that you were the OP, so you could have simply corrected him.

EDIT: Also, update to the latest build of NoCheatPlus.

 

using the latest dev version of NoCheatPlus, still have the movement lag

 

Or try disabling it, I would test this too but currently there is no one on my server due to "moved too quickly" check messing up really really badly.

 

yah I have 70 users on my server right now, running it with no nocheat would be bad, I guess I might try this tonight when its a bit more quiet
