Well I can't really compete but I did this for my server http://pr3datorcraft.com/stats/kdratio.php I made a quick plugin tha logs kills and deaths and it wiling count a kill if you kill the same person twice in a row so you can't "boost"
The best way to do this wouldnt be to "send" data to a web server... the best way would be to put the stats into a database and then use php (website) to read the database.
