How to protect a world instantly

As said in title i want to know how to protect a whole world. So when new chunks are spawned they are protected...

with WorldGuard

1. Wait 12 hours before bumping
2. People might help IF they;
2a) Know the answer
2b) You didn't bump so often
3. It's not possible to protect chunks that haven't been made yet, but for chunks that have been loaded, try these;

what permission system are you using?

 

as far as i remember worldguard has a global region which you can edit.
