VERY POOR CONNECTION ON MY NETWORK, OTHER'S CAN'T CONNECT AT ALL

hiya, Mawile here.

soooooo, I had a bukkit server up for a large portion of the last school year, it worked with only a small amount of difficulty, however i took it down all summer because me and my friends lost interest. Now, i've decided to put the server back up. I re port forwarded my port, made sure my ip hadn't changed, and updated all my shtuff. But, for some reason when I try to connect to the server on my computer that is running the server, minecraft tells me that I have minimal connection, as well as when i connect with servers on my network. Now, this wouldn't be a problem, except my friends can't connect at all.

i'm very lost, please help me

 

What CraftBukkit build are you running?
