Is there a plugin for minecarts that make them ride on and off the tracks?

I want a plugin that makes minecarts into cars. Anyone have it? If so post link please.

pilotdan1985 Can the boats climb? like half slabs or stairs? And, does it break if i crash it? XD

 

I honestly don't know because I have never used it but it says

Oh- the plugin is VERY glitchy with weird teleports and lag. Any other one?
