Can't get the command block

    Hey
    I'v been trying to get the command block on my server, but when i scribe in "/give <name> 137 1" it just says "There's no item called 137"!
    I'm using the craftbukkit-1.3.1-R2.0 build.
    Hope you can help!

    Command block is 1.4 (snapshot) feature, there is no such thing for 1.3.x.
