    The bukkit folder is the folder you have your craftbukkit.jar in, so in your case it would be the folder pictured above, your Minecraft Server folder.

    You may want to clean up your directory - its not usually a good idea to leave the other server software in the same directory (Minecraft_server.exe or Minecraft_server.jar). Besides, it will be much less confusing for you and anyone helping you in the future.
