Build/Break Problem

    I have just added permissionsex to my server and after an hour of getting plugins and setting them up I went on my server with a freind and we cannot break or place anything here is the set up of my permissions http://pastebin.com/CZqC1jP9
    any help would be great

    I had it working before I added all of the plugins so I don't think that would be the problem
