1.3.1 Falling out of world and players cannont tp

    Falling out of the world can sometimes be client lag.

    No, from what I've seen, players that fall out of the world are running a 1.3.2 client, and players who do not run 1.3.1.

    As for teleporting, I'm having the same issue, however I cannot determine what's causing it.
