Can anyone make a good ranks plugin?

I am so horrible at ranks/perms and my server's players are demanding them. Can anyone please make an EASY to use ranks/perms plugin that works with the latest version of Minecraft/CraftBukkit? One where I can just type the write down the nodes, decide if it will be default, and be done? I have the basic plugins: Essentials, LWC, you get the point. I don't have multiple worlds, though. (Not yet anyway.) Thanks, Legend

My no so known(because I don't push it) ExpLevel plugin may help depends on exactly what you want but it auto levels based on Total Exp earned in the game and you set up the ranks and exp needed for each level in the config.yml file and yes it is still compatible with new version of bukkit

You need to learn how to do this yourself, we are here to assist however I highly doubht that any one will do this for you. Many permissions.yml holders are strictly personalized, and is also a breach in the server's security. Here is lots of links to thread's for the ultimate guide to permissions, Permissions for beginers and some permissions FAQ. to get you started.
Furthermore I highly recommend that you research you're plugins and look for the necessary documentation for the permissions for the plugin. We are here to help, but hot to serve everything on a silver platter

groupmanager (recommended), bukkitpermissions, permissionsbukkit, permissionsex, privileges, simplyperms, zperms, YAPP, droxperms

 

Never heard of "zperms, YATT, droxperms" before.
