That's why it was so great. Now on 1.3.1 it no longer works. codename_B is the one who originally updated it again to work for a while but it broke as soon as 1.3.1 came out unfortunately. It's still in my server, just not working. :/ I'd really like it updated once again though.
I'll try out liquid lite real fast and see how it does. Liquid lite works pretty well. I think I may stick with it, you should like add a tag to it somehow so when someone searches for "waterproof" it'll show up. EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.

Or else you could give mine a try here Currently no permissions though, but it lets you breathe under water with pumpkin on your head and lets you place all triggers and redstone underwater.
The standard WorldGuard thing lets you do that. (Breathe under water) I don't want to ever have to deal with permissions; And, I don't want people to place redstone underwater, just make it so that it's waterproof. My server may not last much longer, it's got 6 days till I have to pay the dedicated server fee for the only 2 people who even play, and they don't even play, just login and look around for a few minutes and poof... -.- So yea.
