Solved Help me with Vault!

How do I install Vault on my server? I want to install this one plugin but It requires vault to be enabled. I looked this up on youtube but it's all different languages and no really good tutorial on how to install it. Maybe it's easy and it's just me. But my problem is...

Problem: I install the Vault.jar to my plugins folder, then I restart my server but it doesn't make a Vault folder!

Vault doesn't need a folder. Vault is just a file your plugin will look for. Example my plugin MCLotto. It runs off Vault. It checks of Vault is in the /plugins directory.
So all your Vault plugins are actually running right now!
