help with permissions

hello
i created a new bukkit minecraft server but i got a little problem people in my server cant build or destroy or talk without being op... i dont want to op everyone on my server so i went to google,youtube,minecraft forums, i work on my permissions file.
but still nothing please help it being 4 days that im working just on that

 

What permissions system are you using? Also post your permissions file here: pastie.org

 

im using the permissions.yml

i mean the globalgroup.yml

You can't have people be in the globalgroups groups.... So use the permissions.yml. However, you can make it so they can inherit those global groups.

But I seriously think you'd be better off using PEX.

i have that but when i open it it is all crazy and stuff like that how do i set it up?

No wonder it's messed up, you can't have 2 permissions plugins. Delete GroupManager and then restart your server.

 

groupmanager has no permissions.yml... remove PEX jar and go groupmanager/worlds/worldname/groups.yml, change build: false to build: true

 

Can someone help me? I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Im trying to use group permissions, but i can't. If you would be kind enough to create one for me, i would gladly make you admin on my server. or even co-owner.
