Server not responding to my commands [all stops responding]

helo i just finnished my server i got 20plugins to keep it cool
but i got bad error which happens

I'm having the same problem. There's got to be a problem with one of the plugins. I'm guessing maybe backup. I noticed it stopped working after finishing backup. It's the same thing with my server. But it's kind of weird since it worked perfectly 2 days ago
