Craftbukkit 1.3.1 r1.0 No Chunks Will Load Answer?

    Hey guys, I have been having a problem for a while where only a couple of chunks on my Bukkit 1.3.1 server.
    After fiddling a round a bit I found a solution and a cause.
    There are probaly more problems like this out there but here is my solution.

    I had the same problem before without that plugin but problem is gone as of CraftBukkit 1.3.1 RB1.0!
