   Well My Server has been experiancing Chunk Errors.
   So I would like a simple Command like /ce
   I need it ASAP. TYVM anyone who tries.

   Going by the fact that you know Java(Plugin in signature), have you looked into the chunk.java file from Bukkit?
   
   You could use the chunk.isLoaded() method along with the chunk.load()

   If you have World edit, stand in the error and type //chunk and then //regen (That will fix it by regenerating the land)
