R5 Fix: 1.3 Clients are not disconnected with 'outdated server' - Except they are...?

    Nobody seems to be able to connect to 1.2.5 R5 servers using 1.3.1, but in the changelog for R5 it says:
    • BUKKIT-1952: 1.3 Clients are not disconnected with 'outdated server'
    Do we know if this will be fixed or if a Bukkit update is coming soon?

    The BUKKIT-1952 was a JIRA reported bug, the fix for that bug is in the latest RB. Therefore 1.3.1 clients cannot connect to 1.2.5 servers, the only difference is with the latest CB it disconnects them properly.

    The issue was that 1.3 clients were not disconnected with "outdated server"

    So, now that it's fixed, 1.3 clients are properly disconnected with "outdated server"

    this was covered already .locked
