Problem with Essentials

Hello I am having a problem with an essentials node. I give my rank essentials.chat.color and when my player tries to do one of the color codes it does not work for him.

I have the correct .jar and everything I gave it to the rank not just the person.

what happens exactly when he types color code? also give startup log
