You need to be more patient. Don't expect a response within an hour. Also, I'm not sure what you're asking for. You say "WorldGuard Help", but your post has almost nothing to do with WorldGuard (unless you mean in their own WorldGuard region). Also, I'd recommend searching for what you want. Try to make the post a bit clearer.
I think his post was perfectly clear. I recommend either Grief Prevetion or PlotMe (they claim their own), Towny or Factions.
